Increase autotest timeout for suite crosbolt_perf_perbuild |

Issue descriptionThe median time for the crosbolt_perf_perbuild suite to complete is 4 hours 3 minutes, as there is only a single device available to run the tests if more than one suite is scheduled at a similar time ( one for ToT one for branch ) it may be the some tests hit the 6 hour autotest timeout and do not have a time to run. There is free resources on these machine ( builds tend to be grouped at similar times ) so by increasing the timeout the tests can be allowed to run later in the day using the available free resources.
