[LQA CVox] Italian - welcome notification issue

TEST CASE 

"1. Press ctrl+alt+z and wait a few seconds

Verify:
    - the welcome voice speaks in the correct language
    - the black ChromeVox tray is shown at the top of the screen  
    - words displayed on the tray are in the correct language
"


RESULTS 

Issue 1: ChromeVox is localized as "chrome vox" (with a space in between)
