bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)

1. visit a page and bookmark it
2. go to chrome://history
3. click on the star next to the visit that represents it's bookmarked

what do you expect?
well, I've always thought this behavior was super weird, but some users will expect that it /unbookmarks/ the page because that's what the old history page dide.

what happens instead?
nada

maybe we just decided it was weird and removed this functionality?
