Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://www.messenger.com/ Steps to reproduce the problem: Prerequisite: You need a Facebook account. 1. Go to https://www.messenger.com/. Notice that you can scroll the selected conversation using your mouse wheel 2. Click menu -> More tools -> Add to Desktop 3. Ensure "Open as window" is ticked, and click OK 4. Double-click the new desktop icon 5. Once the site loads, attempt to scroll the conversation What is the expected behavior? Conversation should scroll when the mousewheel is used What went wrong? Conversation does not scroll Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 - Works fine when using a regular browser tab - Works fine when dragging scrollbar rather than using mousewheel

Why? It's still a bug. I don't want to have to resize the window every time I open it just to work around this issue.

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 10 [Pro] for Google Chrome Stable Version - 51.0.2704.84 Screen-recording is attached. @daniel: Could you please re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person] and let us know your observations. Also, provide us the screen-recording in case if we are missing something here. Thank you.

@rnimmagadda - It seems sporadic and doesn't appear to happen every time. I was going to post a screen recording but now I can't replicate the issue again :/ I can post a recording if I manage to replicate the issue again. Your screen recording is pretty much the same thing I'm doing. I did notice in your recording that you resized the window. Try scrolling without resizing the window. Resizing the window actually fixes the issue for me, so it won't replicate the problem.
