Check if the media element is actually a video when autoplaying it muted.

Muted autoplay doesn't distinguish between audio and video tags.
Autoplay of muted audio is probably rare but it'd be good to proof the implementation against that just in case.

In this case, do we need to add UMA for muted audio? In my last UMA CL, it was removed.
