Jumplist entries have non-Canary icon for Chrome Canary

Install Canary on Win10
Wait for it to launch
Right-click on the taskbar icon to see the context menu/jump list
Note that the top items (New window, New incognito window) have the Google Chrome icon rather than the canary icon

This issue is basically the same as  issue 344701 . As there is more discussion going on under  issue 344701 , I think it is better to merge this issue to that one. I have landed a fix for the root cause. Please refer to  issue 344701  for detailed information.
