Is this in normal browser mode or Kiosk mode?

Hi Raj, I had a chat with Scott about this issue and it seems that it might actually be a feature that allows the user to set 2 videos for some use cases, though we are not fully sure. 

Please help find an owner for this on Chrome Sign Builder side?

Hi,

If 2 concurrent streams, consisting of only 1 video but 2 individual audio
components, is indeed a feature, it must be on/off switchable via the
configuration page.

Having two independent audio tracks playing at the same time as one video
is not a feature consistent with most use cases.

Let's figure out if this is a bug, a misconfig (having a default video with a second video overlayed - is there a better way to do this?) or a feature request.

Thanks for reporting this. How did you set up the "default video from youtube"? Using Schedule > Edit Schedule > Default URL?

Could you provide the schedule file you uploaded?

You should be able to repro with the following... both the default and scheduled videos are one and the same. If you can pause the scheduled video for sometime, you should be able to identify the issue. Thanks.

The default URL is first set as a scheduled video, and then I copy that URL
and paste it into the Schedule>EditSchedule>Default URL field, yes.  But it
is not an original youtube url with the watch?v= parameter.  It is as is
included in the shorter attached schedule file.

To sduraisamy:  I'm not sure how to pause the playback of a kiosk
single-app playback when the keyboard and other controls are disabled
(which is what I'm doing).  But I'll try to figure it out and reply more
asap.

Here is the offending schedule file, running on a screen currently, with
Ronald Reagan talking over the bubbling fish sounds of the aquarium.  I
should only be able to hear Ronald Reagan:

The issue is that currently the default url was set on all zones which is causing it to play in the background. It will be fixed asap.

The issue has been fixed. A new version will be release after QA is finished.

Julian, just to be clear: Is this a change to Chrome, Chrome OS, or to the CSB App?

Any estimate for when the new CSB will be published to the WebStore?

The new version was just pushed to the web store. The clients should see the updates in the next few hours.

Just tried the newly published Chrome Sign Builder on the Reagan speeches, and the fish tank bubbling sounds no longer occur.

Confirmed.  Thank you to everyone involved.  After many years and projects
with various large and small tech companies, this experience has been
orders of magnitude better than any other.  My sincere appreciation to each
