Earcon when when reached last element in DOcs

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Open DOcs with some text
2. DOwn arrow to end of DOcs (last line)
3. Down arrow pass last line

Observed:
Last line is repeated

Expected:
Earcon to indicate at border/end of DOcs.

Status: wontfix (was: Unconfirmed)
We have no control over this in non-braile mode.

In braille mode, we will speak
"end of text"
when you get to the end and arrow past it.

I tried Braille mode on/off with M53, but last line is being repeated.
