Regression: Traces of selection is seen below 'Learn more' link after changing browser language to Hindi.

Issue descriptionChrome Version :53.0.2767.0 (Official Build)92614dc154ad143a1ef9849ae0fe90c02df09f30-refs/heads/master@{#399650} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10) Pre-condition: Change the browser language to Hindi from chrome://settings/addLanguage and restart. Steps: 1. Launch Chrome, click on avtar icon and then click on 'Switch person'. 2. Click on 'Browse as Guest', double click and select 'Learn more' link 3. Right click on selected text and select 'Copy' from context menu. 4. Now click anywhere on page and observe. Actual: Traces of selection is seen below 'Learn more' link after clicking anywhere on page. Expected: Traces of selection should not be seen after clicking anywhere on page. This is a regression issue broken in M-51, below is bisect info. Good build: 51.0.2695.0 Bad build: 51.0.2696.0 Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/8694d7b928ba2b7bfe73fbcb74d052faa5eb309c..4c9fd0d3128c87e1289e9ac1d47fec18d7107077?pretty=fuller&n=50 Suspecting: r384374 ? This looks like an error in the glyph bounds for selection with this particular Hindi Windows font. Walter, sending to you for your opinion, and to dup into the other bug which I believe already exists for this issue. Also, do you think perhaps 619632 and 606076 are related issues to do with fonts? Could also be rounding I suppose.

I can't repro -- using chrome://settings/addLanguage to add Hindi has no effect on Chrome UI, I've tried restarting and have tried on both Linux and Windows, and tried reordering Hindi in language list to have it at top. Is there something else I need to do?

pdr@ suggests trying https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/i18n#locales-testing which says --lang and --user-data-dir might work
