Non Gmail domein account not allowed

Issue description

Google Cloud Print Service Version       : 28.0.1493.2
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a Google account with another domain then gmail.com
(2) Start Google Cloud Print Service program
(3) Enter user name and password for the Google account 
(4) Click register button and I get a message stating the domain does not exist or could not be contacted.

What is the expected result?
Should be able to register with a Google account with any domain.

What happens instead?
Message stating the domain does not exist or could not be contacted.
I am able to login with this account to all other Google services and able to share a printer using Chrome.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Had a look at this and saw I misinterpreted the settings for the service. Need to use a local computer account to run service. This is not an issue.
