arlandaexpress.com payment process has infinite loop of select box opening and closing (Mac only?)

Version: 51.0.2704.84 (64-bit)
OS: Mac OS X El Capitain 10.11.5 (15F34)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://www.arlandaexpress.com/
(2) At the left, select a single ticket, 1 adult, any future date and then click "Purchase"
(3) Dismiss any alert dialog
(4) Click the "Select" button
(5) Click the select box under "Payment method"

What is the expected output?

The select box should open.

What do you see instead?

The select box opens and closes indefinitely, making it impossible to switch to another tab and the select box even obscures other apps. It's difficult to even close the browser.

This does not reproduce on ChromeOS and is possibly Mac only.

Is it reproducible with Google Chrome 52 or later?

Hmm, it actually doesn't reproduce in 53.0.2767.0 canary. Is there a CL you suspect fixed this?
