Chrome browser crashes while playing video ( [2156:2156:0611/070633:ERROR:gpu_channel_manager.cc(253)] Exiting GPU process because some drivers cannot recover from problems.)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.97 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On Ubuntu Desktop 14.04.03 ( 64 bit ) install above mentioned version chrome browser.
2. Start browser and run any video continuously for about 3 to 4 days. 
3. Browser crashes and gives an option on in the white browser page to 'Reload'
4. After clicking on 'Reload' again video starts playing. 

What is the expected behavior?
Browser should not crash

What went wrong?
Possible reason could be related to Intel graphics card  as pointed out in following sites

I have attached few logs from my system which might be handy.

Unfortunately 'Crash reporting is disabled' on browser. I will try to send
the same.
