Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open up chrome and I wanted to know about the icon preceding the minimize button of the browser window. 2. I did not get any tip or hint on the icon. 3. What is the expected behavior? If the icon provides any tooltip or hint on the icon, it will be useful. What went wrong? I opened up chrome and noticed the icon preceding the minimize button on the top right corner of the browser window. I wanted to know about the icon, but did not get any tip or hint on the icon Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
