Reporter@ - Does the issue occur if you are browsing in an Incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N)? If it doesn't reoccur there, try disabling all your extensions; if disabling extensions helps, continue to re-enable them one at a time to identify the extension that may be causing the issue.

If issue still persists please try to uninstall and reinstall the chrome browser. This should fix the problem.

Thanks!
The issue occurs in an Incognito window. Disabling all the extensions, uninstall and reinstall did not fix the problem.

But the problem did not occur in the (Windows) safe mode.

Thanks.

Could you please try the below steps to solve this issue:

1. Clear out all of your Chrome history, data, and passwords.
2. Stop ALL Google processes, even the background.
3. Then run chrome cleanup tool to clean Windows, Applications, and Registry.
