Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open up chrome and I see the yellow star in the right top corner implying that it is already bookmarked. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? New instance of the browser window or tab should not be bookmarked by default. What went wrong? I opened up chrome and I see the yellow star in the top right corner of the blank page implying the empty page is already bookmarked. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
