Issue descriptionTo repeat: (1) Have a search engine extension (2) in your search engine lists scroll to bottom and click "Manage" (3) will open in same tab instead opening in new tab Please make it open in a new tab

Yep, regardless of the old behavior this should open in a new tab instead of overriding the current one.
