[Passwords] Edit password does not work

1) Open the passwords subpage
2) Click the 3-dot menu
3) Click edit
4) Change the username
5) Click save

Expected: username updates in list
Actual: username does not update

@Hector, is the "Edit" option being changed to "View"? If so, this bug can be re-named/closed?
