Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: School district is wanting to purchase 14000 "HP Chromebook 11 G4" but is worried that Google may not provide updates to the OS like Apple does. Part of the reason is that rumor is that Google will discontinue support chromebooks with built in 4GLTE (in this case AT&T). What is the expected behavior? Is there a way to confirm conclusively 2 things? 1-“What is Google’s policy to provide access to new versions of the OS for devices already in market? (like Apple does) 2- “Then specifically, is there any reason why the specific model of HP that’s LTE enabled “wouldn’t” be allowed the same access to updates?” What went wrong? Customer is re-considering Apple. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 I work with AT&T -- Eric Hutson 925-997-7876 eric.hutson@att.com or personal email ehutson555@gmail.com

This is not the place for questions like that. I also don't have information on this myself. But I did find https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/6220366?hl=en |
