I've been seeing alerts several time for

chromium.android.Android Cronet x86 Builder and chromium.android.Android Cronet MIPS Builder being offline past 1h 30min cutoff.

Looking at the data here: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.android/builders/Android%20Cronet%20x86%20Builder and here: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.android/builders/Android%20Cronet%20MIPS%20Builder, it seems to be pretty normal for these builders to run every 2-3 hours.

Can we increase the cutoff for these?
