Should the Advanced toggle in the content area
be at the end of the content (as it is in the
old options)or should it stay between the 
(err, what was) basic and advanced sections?

Asking the same question a different way (I'm
hoping this helps clarify): When the advanced
settings are shown, should the control to 
collapse the advanced settings be located above
the "Privacy and security" settings or below
the "Reset" settings?
