Compiler proxy logs fail to load |

Issue descriptionIf I load a compiler proxy log link like this: http://chromium-build-stats.appspot.com/compiler_proxy_log/2016/06/08/vm228-m4/compiler_proxy.exe.VM228-M4.chrome-bot.log.INFO.20160608-124329.2436.gz which are at the bottom of the compiler logs, teh resulting page just says "Login failure". No amount of logging in with @google or @chromium accounts (including incognito windows with only one login) will make this work. I also tried logging on explicity with @google.com account in https://chromium-build-stats.appspot.com/ninja_log/ and it doesn't help.
