infra python gsubtree test flaky

The gsubtree tests have closed the tree several times recently. See https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.infra/builders/infra-continuous-precise-32 for recent builds; the failed python tests are all under gsubtree.

These need to be disabled or fixed. I'm going to disable them soon, since they keep closing the tree.

I don't think it's these tests, exactly. There's now a new line that randomly pops up in the expectations:

  'INFO: Attempting refresh to obtain initial access_token'

I'm not sure what's doing that.
