Divs are not aligned correctly

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the test6.html demo
2. Click "Change Layout" button
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
All three elements should be visible after clicking "Change Layout" button

What went wrong?
One div is hidden 

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Unfortunately, I do not know the version.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.5 using chrome version 51.0.2704.84  and canary 	53.0.2766.0.
This is regression issue broken in M31.Please find the bisect information as below

Narrow Bisect
=============
Good:: 31.0.1650.59
Bad:: 31.0.1650.61

Unable to provide the tool bisect as the good and bad are of branch builds.

eseidel@ no longer works on Chrome. The div does not appear when you execute the script, but anything that forces a re-layout (e.g. changing window size) causes the div to appear. So something is failing to invalidate layout.

This bug is tagged as regression.Which means that the bisects are incorrect or do not have an owner who is actively investigating.
Requesting the reporter to triage and update the behavior in all the latest chrome channels and bisect if needed.Close as WontFix if not reproducible.
