Need to convert error between NSError and BluetoothGattService::GattErrorCode

When going from CoreBluetooth to Chromium NSError should be converted into BluetoothGattService::GattErrorCode.
When faking errors in tests, BluetoothGattService::GattErrorCode should be converted into NSError.

CBErrorDomain also exists. I can't find the list of error codes for that domain.
