Precondition: Enable 'new gaia password-separated sign in flow' flag from 'chrome://flags'.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, click on avatar icon and click on 'Sign in to Chrome'
(2) Click on 'More options', select 'Find my account' option.
(3) Observe the alignment between Country and Phone number.

Alignment between Country and Phone number is not proper.

Alignment between Country and Phone number should be proper.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-53', below is bisect info:
