Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try to change the font size of the address bar under material design with chrome 51

What is the expected behavior?
I would expect, as previously with non material design, that the font size of material design are either configurable or taken from the system font sizes

What went wrong?
The new material design that became the default on linux with chrome 51 does not allow you to configure the font size or take the font size from the system, so my address bar fonts are much smaller then without material design since my system fonts that dictate the font size without material design are set on purpose to be larger.

As material design became the default on linux with chrome 51, it needs to have all fonts configurable either in the chrome settings or take from the system. It is not acceptable that at the very least font size be fixed.
