Regression:Confirmation message for deletion of folder appears blank on 'Edit' bookmark overlay

Chrome Version: 53.0.2766.0 (Official Build) e40502b71c9bd4f548118550952afd5d6a158bc4-refs/heads/master@{#399363} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS)

Steps:
1.Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://bookmarks/.
2.Click on 'organize' and click on 'Add folder' from context  menu ,Add some bookmarks into newly created folder.
3.Open NTP click on 'edit' button from bookmark overlay,right click on selected folder and click on 'delete' option,observe

Actual: Confirmation message for deletion of folder appears blank.
Expected: Confirmation message for deletion of folder should not appear blank.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-53 series, will soon update other info.

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Canary Version - 53.0.2773.0

Unable to reproduce this issue on latest canary version 53.0.2774.3,it appears to be fixed.
