Regression:Drop down button is not seen properly in "Model Scaler" app

Issue description

Chrome Version:53.0.2766.0 (Official Build) e40502b71c9bd4f548118550952afd5d6a158bc4-refs/heads/master@{#399363} 32/64 bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS)

Test URL:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/model-scaler/gcjaflhdpihnmbmfhdomllinepfkikob/related

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to above url ,add app.
(2)Launch app and click on the menu icon seen on the top of the window.
(3)Observe the drop down menu under "Actual" option.(Refer the video)

Actual:Drop down button is not seen properly i.e unwanted white line is seen under button.

Expected:No unwanted  white line should be seen at the bottom of drop down menu list.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-53,below is the Narrow bisect info:

Adding RB label as this is a recent regression.
Issue still persists on latest canary 53.0.2773.0.

glebl@: Can we get an update on this issue as we are approaching the M-53 branch point. Would be good to have this fixed before that.
