Highlighted PDF text does not disappear completely after scrolling

Issue description

Chrome Version: 53.0.2766.0 (Official Build)e40502b71c9bd4f548118550952afd5d6a158bc4-refs/heads/master@{#399363} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings page and give print command.
2. Zoom in the preview page such that vertical scroll bar appears and then select it using 'Ctrl' + 'A' key.
3. Now, completely scroll down the preview page and then scroll up using mouse wheel.
4. Click any where on preview page such that texts deselected and then observe the preview page.

Weird traces is seen on Print preview page.
Traces should not seen on Print preview page.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-30 series.

Note: This issue is also reproducible for all the PDF page using above steps.

It's reproducible on PDFs without print preview.

Feels like a rounding error in the selection invalidator code. Wait, didn't someone start touching that code recently?
