What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter term in the omnibox so that the dropdown appears
(2) Toggle the bookmarks bar (Shift+Cmd+B)

What is the expected output?
The bookmarks bar should slide in/out.

What do you see instead?
The navigation bar shrinks/grows vertically by some pixels. It looks broken in the shrinked state since there is no padding below the omnibox (see attachment).
