I can see both graphs linked in comment 1. oth, are you still having problems? If so, can you please check the JS console and send a screenshot, along with letting me know which Chrome channel you're using?

enne, looks like the regression is caused by the revert of https://codereview.chromium.org/1960543002 -- I guess this bug is WontFix but it shows your patch improved performance?
