Regression: Focus stays on 'Metrics' tab even after clicking on 'Frame Data' tab.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2766.0 (Official Build) e40502b71c9bd4f548118550952afd5d6a158bc4-refs/heads/master@{#399363} 32/64 bit OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS). Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing. 2. Record traces with 'Web Developer' option selected. 3. Click on Metrics tab then click on any tab like 'Frame Data' or 'File Size Stats' and observe. Actual: Focus stays on 'Metrics' tab even after clicking on 'Frame Data' or 'File Size Stats' tabs. Expected: Focus should not stay on 'Metrics' tab after clicking on 'Frame Data' or 'File Size Stats' tabs. This is a regression issue broken in M-53, below is bisect info.
