Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 7 latest stable using chrome 51.0.2704.84 m and 53.0.2766.0 (canary). Is there any crash ID's seen under chrome://crahes. If yes, Could you please provide those Id's for further triaging.

Same here, I am also unable to reproduce the above issue on Windows 10 with chrome version '51.0.2704.84'. I would request you to please try the above issue by creating new user from chrome://settings and let us know if the issue still persists.

Thanks for the update, we are closing the above issue based on your confirmation in comment#3 & also this is issue is not reproducible on latest chrome stable version '51.0.2704.84'

However, feel free to report a new issue, if you come across this issue again with latest version of chrome.
