What is the expected result?
Expected that the history is assigned only at the proper place.

What happens instead?
In the images attached below, the search term 'Pakistan in Casino Royale' appears on the day I searched (the image with the time as 10:48 - Searched on 12 June 2016). The second image also shows the same search term appearing in the history from a day before (11 June 22:32), even though I had not searched for anything like that on that day. The computer was switched off in between for the night.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
