Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 52.0.2743.32
Reproduction Steps: 
1. cvox+a+p to cycle through punctuation
2. Cycle to "most"

Observed:
There are none, some, and all

Expected:
Most

Kevin, can you give us an example of what you'd like to see in most that wouldn't be in some? 
I think a better way to do this, instead of arbitrary titles for some and all, would be to announce to the user which types of punctuation would be announced. As an example, math, symbols, literary, none, all... maybe allow a user to check different options for categories of punctuation they would like to be spoken. Either way, an editor to allow a user to change categories or to change what "some" announced would be great.
