Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36 Example URL: all the videos are having the problem Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to youtube or indavideo.hu 2. open a video while the browser is in full size (not in fullscreen(F11)) 3. on video click on fullscreen What is the expected behavior? When i play a video and i change it to play it in fullscreen it looks like and as i see it actually changes the whole chrome browser to fullscreen (like when i press F11). This doesn't happen if the browser isn't in full size or if i change to fullscreen mode (F11) and change change the video to play in fullscreen. What went wrong? on videos going fullscreen is very ugly and annoying, like i said above it looks like going fullscreen (F11). Did this work before? Yes Before i restarted my computer because of a random BSOD Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Here's a link to the video that I've recorded about this bug https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S44wrzsfWoI As you can see it changes the video to fullscreen smoothly if the browser isn't in full size or if it's in fullscreen (F11) but if the browser is in full size it looks that weird, looks like it's changing the browser to fullscreen first and then the video to fullscreen, or at least it has the same "animation".

I would also notify if that matters is that i have a 2 monitor setup but it is the same on both of the monitors. This happens on all video files on all webpages but only with chrome, with other webbrowsers it's fine, no buggy.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using 51.0.2704.84, latest canary 53.0.2768.0.Observed that even if the browser is in full size, no weired behavior is seen when played in full screen. Please find attached screencast. postres26@Could you please check the issue on clean profile and update your observations.

It's the same on clean profile. I even reinstalled the whole Chrome browser but it didn't changed. Here's the video after i reinstalled the client and tried with clean profile and with old profile too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFLD-uqt6O4 Are there any log files or anything i can provide you to examine it and maybe get some info out of it? If so I would send it too hopefully it'll help.

One more thing that i noticed only at two sites (twitch.tv and animeaddicts.hu). Sometimes if i play the video and go to fullscreen it doesn't go totally fullscreen until i restart chrome. It goes fullscreen only between the Chrome bookmark bar and the system tray. After Chrome restarted it goes to fullscreen "fine" meaning only the weird animation thing stays. I attached a screenshot and marked this fullscreen's border with yellow.
