What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a spelling error and attempt to fix it
What is the nature of the problem ?
(1) This is a UI bug more than anything. See the attached screenshot. Unclear why the corrected spelling word and the "Add to dictionary" are vertically sequential to each other. Frequently means that users click "Add to dictionary" as opposed to selecting the corrected spelling item.
(2) Attempting to then find how to remove the items from the local dictionary on the mac requires the user to actually edit their ~/Library/Spelling from the Finder - which most users won't know how to easily do. This should be readily available from the menu or in the settings (particularly when searching dictionary/spelling in the settings search input)

What is the expected result ?
(1) Clearly separate the "Add to Dictionary" (in a new section) from the correct spelling words to avoid simple user mistakes of adding incorrectly spelt words to the dictionary. Right now, the UI easily allows for users to do this repeatedly.
(2) Make it easier to access the dictionary from the settings to remove incorrect words - albeit, (1) would help resolve this in the first place.
