Reported by padjo.os...@gmail.com, Jun 11 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=234779

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create an Angular 2 SPA
2. Add video to page, then navigate away
3. video doesnt play after 2nd or 3rd time revisitng page

What is the expected behavior?
that the videos play

What went wrong?
It appears to be some kind of issue with how chrom utilizes its network resources.. this appears to be a longstanding issue see this thread here that I came across https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=234779 I used some of the advice from here an now the video plays 3 times after 3 visits but after that it stays in a state of pending

Did this work before? No

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Hi @tapted. Cant seem to see your comment but just to update. this looks like an issue where after 7 videos are simultaneously downloading it breaks my application until one of them frees up its resources

padjo.osullivan@gmail.com, do you have a repro page?
I vaguely remember simultaneously downloading >6 videos are not allowed.
hubbe@, can you confirm?

Chrome is limited to 6 simultaneous connections to the same server.
Video elements can hold a connection open, which can cause these sort of problems. The example URL seems to be incorrect though, making it difficult to know if that is really the solution here.

Why won't you fix ?
