PaymentRequest UI currently has chevrons for selecting options and "Select <thing>" labels. The "Select <thing>" + chevron state should be replaced with a [SELECT] button. The button may be in enabled or disabled state. This can be achieved by adding IMPOSSIBLE_SELECTION enum value along with NO_SELECTION in SectionInformation class.
