What is the expected behavior?
- Pardon the weird title, but I don't know well how to describe it http://recordit.co/bzTDYN6XqB (same file than the one attached)
- It's hard to reproduce, it probably happens on any contenteditable, and I've seen it while testing http://output.jsbin.com/borece, it's really hard to make it happen, and I don't know what exactly triggers it. Once it happens, refreshing doesn't fix it, only closing and reopening Chrome fixes it.

The selection when clicking in the text should always be collapsed

What went wrong?
The selection as seen on the video, is always wrapping one character, instead of being collapsed, the caret is not visible anymore
