Issue descriptionAfter the transition to the new master, the tryserver waterfall is very slow to load. Other pages (such as specific builds) are very fast to load, only the overall composite page is slow. The waterfall actually loads really fast, but the page load is blocked on a few auxiliary resources (e.g., sheriff.js). The problem seems to be that "chromiumos.tryserver" is pulling from "chromium"'s public_html directory rather than "chromiumos"'s. Manually hacking this fix on the master made the page load really fast. I'm going to commit a CL to enact this.
