Cannot interact with contents inside iframe

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 52.0.2743.32
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Visit a page with an iframe (e.g. article using iReader Chrome extension)
2. Search+Arrow to interact with contents in iframe

Observed:
iframe role is uttered, but everything but iframe is accessible to NExt

Expected:
Like Classic, contents in iframe to be accessible
