Fixed element is not in the correct place with flexbox

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.33 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add "position: fixed;" to a element inside a div with "display: flex;"

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Flexbox should not affect position fixed children elements

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Version 51.0.2704.84

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.33  Channel: beta
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Why do you say that? The positioning behaves now as described in the Flexbox spec, https://www.w3.org/TR/css-flexbox-1/#abspos-items

Edge renders it like us, and Firefox will soon follow.
Sorry, I assumed it was wrong without any search.
