Unable to select text in web views

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 52.0.2743.32
Reproduction Steps: 
1. In CLassic, there was cvox+s to start/end text selection in web views
2. In Next, try to look for command in Search+.

Observed:
Not possible to select text in web views

Expected:
Equivalent command to CLassic cvox+s
