Reproduction Steps: 
1. b/ to bug with comments
2. Search+H
3. Search+Shift+H

Observed:
2. Comment author
3. COmment timestamp

Expected:
COmment author+timestamp to be uttered in either direction

This impacts *any* page with headings. Unexpected <metadata> is uttered when using search+shift+h
