Cannot copy URL/address

Reproduction Steps: 
1. ALT+D to focus address bar
2. CTRL+C to copy address
3. Try to paste

Observed:
Cannot copy with ChromeVox Next enabled, but can if it's off

Expected:
POssible to copy URL with cvox2 enabled

I have been able to repro. One way to copy text is to first press an arrow key to deselect all text. Then, select one letter with shift+right arrow. Then, select the rest.

I am not able to repro in 53. I can get to the URL bar with Ctrl L or Alt D and the text is automatically highlighted. Then if I press Ctrl C it does copy properly and I can paste. 

David, was this recently addressed?

Unable to copy URL in (ALT+D > CTRL+C):
Version 53.0.2768.0 dev (64-bit)
Have to go to file > copy as work-around
