Chrome Version       : 51.0.2704.84 m (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open devtools on any locally hosted project 
(2) Add a resource folder to the Sources workspace 
(3) Map a css file to the page you are working on
(4) Make changes to the above css file and save.

What is the expected result?
-Chrome should auto refresh the edited css file and continue to allow me to inspect other elements on the page.

What happens instead?
-Chrome refreshes the edited css file, but not longer lets me see the computed styles for other elements until I close and re open devtools.
