video_VideoEncodeAccelerator: in_could = True version broken: mismatch md5sum

The test video_VideoEncodeAccelerator.h264 fails because the md5sum of the yuv files (embedded in the filename) do not match for 3 out of 4 files.

This test is passing in M53, but failing in M52.

Trying to understand the cause. Has this test started failing recently? If so, have we renamed these files or something changed in the test?

614925 was fixed. M52 VEA test are green now.
