MD Settings: Update product logo in About page

Project Member Reported by dpa...@chromium.org, Jun 10 2016

Issue description

Currently the About page is using the same logos used by the old UI (chrome://help), which is acquired using chrome://theme/current-channel-logo URL (also see [1]).

The new logos can be found at [2] and the basic difference is that they include the product name (Chrome/Chromium/Chromebook etc) as part of the image.

Also per Alan's comment at [3],
"There is no notion of an OS in the branding of chromebooks anymore so use "Chromium" for both browser and OS"

Finally the entry point to handling chrome://theme/ URLs, is at [4], and is a good starting point in figuring out what changes are needed.

To clarify: That means we'll NOT use any of the *_chromebook_* logos in [2] any more, just the *_chrome_* and *_chromium_* ones?

Also, for added fun: There are various places in Chrome that still require the pure product logos in 32x32/16x16. E.g first-run[1], media-list[2].

Given all that - should we just slice off the Chromium/Chrome part as a brand name image, and serve that up as a separate image, something like chrome://theme/branding-image?

Re: clarification -- I think if you are using Chromium or Chromium OS, we should show *_logo_chromium.png from [2]. If you are using an official Chrome OS image, we should show *_chromebook_*, and if you are using an official Chrome build we should show *_chrome_*.

There's some recent updates on other bugs so just to clarify here:

For Chrome OS devices (chromebooks, -bits, and -box): use the ChromeOS wordmark. Channel-specific logos (canary, dev, beta) are not provided, but can be if necessary.

For browsers: use the chrome wordmark. Channel specific logos are provided. Chromium is also provided.

bettes@ - Is this something that still needs to be addressed? If so we should probably prioritize this....
