Can't filter out requests in Network Panel using the dash '-'

Reported by thibaud....@gmail.com, Jun 10 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the Dev Tools in Network panel
2. Make sure there are some requests that appear
3. In the filter field, type a WORD that appears in one of the requests preceded by a dash (-)

What is the expected behavior?
All requests matching the WORD will be cleared from the requests panel until filter is modified.

What went wrong?
Since version 51, this feature does not work and we can see the requests containing the WORD. Works in version 50.

Did this work before? Yes Version 50

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Issue confirmed. It looks like work was done and a revision landed recently to fix this regression.

Hey, thanks, that's good news.
Sorry I didn't find the other bug this one duplicates.
